What file types can I upload?

You can upload PNG, JPG, or SVG files. For best print quality we recommend high-resolution images with a transparent background.

Will I see a preview before printing?

Yes. You will see a preview of your design on the product before placing your order. Our team also reviews the artwork to ensure the best print quality.

What if my image quality is low?

If your image quality is not suitable for printing, our team will contact you and help adjust the artwork before production.

How long does production take?

Orders are typically reviewed and printed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. We offer special pricing for bulk and event orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.
